Yes, that definitely looks like Musk Mallow to me. I can't see the leaves clearly in your photos, but if it isn't Musk Mallow then it's another of the mallows and safe to feed. I know you're in Canada and just found this info on Musk Mallow in the Ontario Weeds section of the Ministry of Agriculture website -- and it has drawings of the leaves so that you can compare (the Musk Mallow leaves are much finer and sort of more frilly than many of the other mallows): http://www.omafra.gov.on.ca/english/cro ... mallow.htm

I think its Musk Mallow i have planted it in my small garden at the back of my house.

Yes, it's a very pretty plant and tasty for tortoises too. And it should seed itself in your garden so you will have them next year (or you could save some seeds too and sow them just in case it doesn't seed itself.
