This could be one of many things Vicky. Have you planted something in the garden like Cabbage/Kale. It could be wild Radish. I am sure it is one of the many Brassicas so rather than offering any now would you mind waiting for it to grow a bit more and send in another photo. The odd nibble wouldn't do any harm now and again.

We have not planted anything in the garden.
So we had a garage dug up and then we laid fresh soil and ran out of time to put grass seed down so i have no clue what they are x

Oh well. Pull the spurge up, that seeds so fast. You also have Mallow and Sow Thistle growing along the fence. Let me know if you need those pointed out as they are feeds.
They have come from seeds that are in the topsoil and have sprouted. Easy to pull up the spurge up though and if its not needed for tortoise nibbles the brassica can go too..
