Although still young I would guess a female. Could this tortoise have laid eggs recently?

I can see a slight redish colouration towards the right hand side of the tail. Is that because she is warm or maybe just as the photo was taken it has caused a reflection from something?

Thank you so much for updating us E. Did the vet say anything about getting calcium into him. It might be a good idea to sprinkle some on his dandelion daily but not to much because we wouldnt want him turning his nose up at that. It so good to hear he is on the way up with his eating and that is on...

Aww, love the butt wiggles, really shows they do respond and give something back. They also give a butt wiggle if I have they have water running over the back half.
