The Tortoise Table

Hey everyone, I am really worried. I have a baby hermanns tortoise and it is currently house with another baby.

I notice on the one he has some flaking of a scale or skin next to his nose or something. Does anyone know what this is? Should I be worried?

Any advice is greatly appreciated
