How much is Feed in Moderation?

Hi all, after checking with the breeder who supplied our tortoise, it seems he feeds a lot of stuff we should not. Our Tortoise seems to like all the bad stuff and turns her nose up at all the good stuff. She loves kayle, so we are mixing good stuff in with it. Kale is Feed in Moderation. So how much is feed in moderation? Once a week, Twice a week or more?

You’re doing right by mixing in the good with the bad food and gradually reduce the bad, well done, and there are some nore tips here you might find useful.

Hi Phil.
This is what we advise
Amber with a green square indicates that you can feed the plant in moderation. You could feed these in small amounts every day, or several times a week. The choice is yours.

Yes she is. she's going to bed earlier each day, but doing a lot of running around in her outside run. She took food out of my wife's hand today. So thats both of us she has taken food from.Thanks for the info
