The Tortoise Table

Hi Nina and Lynne,
I am still regularly using your site and am so grateful for the help and advice you give. It is so nice to have a reliable and friendly site to turn to - thank you.
I have a question please regarding cuttlefish collected from the beach. Would this be suitable for my tortoises and if so would it need to be boiled/soaked to remove salt content?

I would boil it for a couple of hours changing the water a few times to allow the salts to leach out and if it were me I would leave it in the garden for a week to dry and weather. Nina may have other ideas though.
