Really concerned

I'm really concerned about my 2 year old Hermann. Is this normal or something really really wrong??
So concerned any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for sending the photos. I can't quite tell, but it looks like a reddish flush underneath several of those scutes -- is that right? If that has suddenly appeared then you need to contact a vet immediately. Do you have a good reptile vet (it must be a vet who is qualified to treat reptiles/tortoises/exotics)?. If you'd like to speak about this on the phone then email be at nina@thetortoisetable.org.uk and I'll give you my phone number or you could give me yours and I'll ring you. I'm going out for about an hour now but will be back from 4.30 onwards.

Hi Nina thank you so much! No there is no red underneath that I can see and it's not soft or "bouncy" (sorry can't think of alternative word) I'll email you my number and name now x appreciate any help
