Read this and explains what your saying ie nutrition can be reduced but this does not cause the stone right ? Just that supplementing with shop lettuce stuff does not give much nutrition? During winter

Could nutribal a supplement for tortoises cause this
I put a tiny pinch on food which I spray with water twice weekly ?

Hi we just removed this stone from hutch by gently breaking it up Is this just dehydration as there are 2 water baths and I give them a bath every other day ? Or is it food ? Thank you for your quick reply I’ve been trying to up load a video but it’s not to be found on my phone when I try , do you have email I could forward it to as it has worked on email

Hi it’s Starsks south glos here
Starsky and Hutch are 6 months old now weighing 46g each
I’ve noticed they have very dry skin , some hanging of their necks like they are shedding is this normal as they grow ?
They are well hydrated and very active

Hot 27 -30 depending on where they are the coolness is cause there is a lid , but I left it open all day to see if they would wake ang go to the heat
The run is also bigger than it looks they have plenty of run within the heat area as we also have a heat mat full length
