Mouse-ear Hawkweed (Hieracium, Hawkweed)

There are thousands of species of Hawkweeds, but the Mouse-ear Hawkweed is among the most common.  There are no known hazards of Hawkweeds, but it is best to feed mature plants only as part of a varied diet, where the protein content is low and the fibre high.
