Ceratostigma (Chinese Plumbago)

The leaves and flowers of this plant are said to cause contact dermatitis in humans, although it is also said to be non-toxic to cats, dogs, and horses.  As there is little research on its suitability for tortoises, we would recommend avoiding it.
