This plant has thickish leaves and is red underneath the top green leaves, i want to put in my hatchlings enclosure for coverage, not sure if it's toxic or not

Hiya.
This is looking very much like Germander Speedwell but the flowers are not ringing true.
Can you take a photo of the close up of a flower, maybe in situ. Is the colour all white of could there be a dab of something else?.

It called Plectranthus verticillatus and sometimes comminly called Swedish ivy, Swedish begonia or whorled plectranthus. It is in the family Lamiaceae and is not toxic to cats, dogs or horses. We do have an entry for the Plecranthus spp meaning it will include all the plants in the Plecranthus genus.
You can see it here -- https://www.thetortoisetable.org.uk/pla ... nt=383&c=5.
Hope that helps and do get back to us if you have any more questions.
