Not eating

I am getting a bit concerned about my two tortoises as they are not eating and only want to sleep in this hot weather.Should I still put them outside even though they will just bury themselves?
Yes, providing you are offering them shade they can go to, shrubs they can cool off under and water for them to cool down they will be fine. You might find they will eat very early before it gets to hot and quite late when it starts to cool down.
