It's not just young tortoises who are aggressive, our Lenny, who must be about 60 or 70 has become more territorial and aggressive which he never used to be and has also started going after feet and shoes! Is he just getting old and grumpy or is he after a mate? :D

Hi there

Can/should I feed my Hermanns any apple? I recently found him nibbling on an apple core!

Thanks Nina. I’m pretty sure it’s the first one the Campanula, and that’s good it’s safe for him to eat! I’ll put a picture up when it flowers.

My Hermann's?

We've had our Lenny for over 35 years but I'm still not 100% sure he's a he and a Hermann's! Could somebody help? Also any idea of approximate age? Thanks
