Hello again, We wouldn’t mind at all if he turned out to be female. I’d love our tort to have company of his own kind although I know in the wild they are solitary. Hi Lin, we’d love to take him and give him a good home. We already have one healthy Hermanns tort (male, currently in the fridge) who is 8 years old. It would be nice for him to have a companion! We live near Shepton Mallet, Somerset.
